The difference between placing and winning is rarely what happens in prep. It is everything that came before it.
Yes a prep is hard but a few weeks hard dieting doesn’t mean you deserve to win
Years of hard graft through structured off seasons is what gets you there.
If you want a coach who will work with you through every phase not just the 20 weeks before a show - DM me and let’s get started.

Building that hourglass shape means training upper as well as glutes 💯
Upper body development is just as important as your lower body work and it is something that gets overlooked far too often.
Building that hourglass shape is not just about what is happening from the waist down. Your back, your shoulders and your arms play just as big a role in creating the overall shape and balance that wins on stage and looks incredible off it.
Wide lats pull the eye in at the waist. Capped shoulders create width up top. A strong developed back ties the whole physique together. Without upper body development you’re never going to win…
So if you have been skipping upper body sessions or treating them as an afterthought - this is your sign to start taking them as seriously as leg day.

This is constantly butchered so I’m going to help you nail it 💯
The glute shot is a transitioning move used across different federations and classes alike so it’s one we really want to get polished
Too much or too little glute will throw you off balance remember even in wellness it’s never just a case of “biggest glutes wins” it’s always most balanced, proportional and symmetrical shape wins
Perfect your glute shot drop me a dm or fill out the link in my bio 💚
4 session of the week is always a little bit of what I need
As a lady we recover quick! So if you really want the best out your physique we need to keep hitting them weaker areas accross the week this is why imo the bro split just does not work for women!
Hitting a body part multiple times during the week is going to be more beneficial when trying to bring up a weaker body part.
For me I need more glutes and more delts so my split looks a little like this:
Lower (with one delt movement)
Upper
Lower
Glutes and delts
Training like this is where I have seen the most growth in my journey 💯
Priming the glutes first hitting then some different movements (didn’t film everything) then finish off with delts
