🍔 FIVE GUYS FAKEAWAY 🍔

700ish calories and 51g protein!!! Over half the calories of actual five guys and it tasted AMAZING.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this was … we used two patties in each burger too. Melting in the air fryer is the way forward 🤤

Recipe I found on .world 👌🏻

Ingredients we used
- 2 x skinny burgers
- 1 x mature cheddar slice
- 1 x brioche bun
- 1 tbsp ish of light mayo, ketchup and mustard
- gherkins (yum!)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 pepper
- handful of lettuce
- 1 x Potato

🍤 PRAWN PAD THAI - 400 CALS🍜

Serves 2
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 15 mins

Ingredients
• 140g uncooked, peeled prawns
• 2 eggs
• 2 cloves of garlic crushed
• 2 spring onions, sliced
• 1 packet of stir fry vegetables
• 80g soba noodles
• 2 tsp roasted peanuts, finely chopped
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• 2 tsp olive oil

Sauce:
• 1 heaped tsp peanut butter
• 2 tsp honey
• 2 tsp lime juice
• 1 ½ tsp rice wine vinegar
• 1 tsp fish sauce
• 4 tbsp soy sauce

Method:
1. Cook soba noodles in a pan of boiling water for 3-4 minutes until cooked, drain and set aside.
2. Mix together the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
3. Heat a large frying pan or wok with olive oil.
4. Add prawns, garlic and spring onion and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
5. Push to one side and crack the eggs into the pan scrambling quickly.
6. Add stir fry vegetables and stir for 3 minutes until softening.
7. Add noodles and sauce and stir fry for a final 3 minutes.
8. Top with roasted peanuts and chilli flakes for an authentic flavour

Well today goes as follows…

1. I’m fuming about the end to The Watcher
2. Came on my period
3. Got savage wisdom tooth ache
4. Ibiza blues are dreadful

Then I went for an hours walk and guess what the worlds ok again 🤣🫶🏻

You know the answer… if you need to get the most out of yourself go get some time outside and create some mental space to relax and unwind. It works! 🙊💆🏽‍♀️🌳

Chocolate Nutty Energy Balls
 
Makes 16 🥜 🍫
Cal: 105
P: 3.5g
C: 5g
F: 7.6g

Ingredients
• 70g cashews
• 175g medjool dates, pitted
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 110g almond flour
• 2 tsp almond milk
• 3 tbsp almond butter
 
Method:
1. Add cashews, dates, cocoa powder, almond flour, almond milk and almond butter to a food processor and pulse until combined.
2. Remove from the blender and roll into 12 energy balls.
3. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
