Lucy has been training with me for just over a month. On her consultation we had a long, in-depth chat about her struggles with weight gain due to PCOS. After chatting about her nutrition, we discussed healthy, balanced ways to improve her health in a NON-restrictive way!

This is where we’re at after only 4 weeks! I wouldn’t normally suggest doing pictures this early but when you can physically see the difference and put this forward to your client; it can change their world! Lucy got herself a head start before the New Year & has already smashed the first month of 2023 out of the park - I couldn’t be more proud 🥰

It really is as simple as eat less move more!

Wendy came to me after a long time of struggling with the effects of menopause. She found that since coming off of HRT, she’s really suffered with her joints & exhaustion (among many other horrendous menopause symptoms!).

Wanting to do what was possible to benefit her body, we took time to see what works for her abilities in the gym. After being an avid cardio lover all of her life, we now needed to introduce resistance training for strength and stability (particularly for her core).

Taking it right back to the basics: small dumbbells & lots of resistance band work for joint mobility. These are Wendy’s results after just 4 weeks. Even without calorie counting; just having a structured, mindful day of eating. I wouldn’t usually post result pictures in such a little amount of time but these results really do show what fat loss comes down to: eating less and moving more.

VIETNAM EATS 😋

Soooo much good food consumed these last 2 weeks that I had to take snaps to share on here!! I’m feeling very lucky to have been able to experience the touristy parts of Vietnam but even more so the traditional!

At one point we even got lunch made for us in Hoi An market by a lovely local & her family! We all sat down & ate together 🥰

An amazing experience I won’t ever forget!

Mrs Chelsea Redford 😍

1 year ago Chelsea came to me with concerns about her weight. Suffering with the effects of PCOS, it had taken its toll on her & caused weight gain to the point she was concerned about her wedding. However, from my first day meeting her I knew myself that this girl was going to get where she wanted to matter what! She said to me “if I don’t do this for my wedding, I never will”.

365 days down the line (with two months off in between) Chelsea has

• Consistently trained with me 3x a week
• Learnt to be mindful around food and ditch the FAD diets
• Has gained a healthy LIFESTYLE change, whilst still eating the foods she enjoys
• Learnt that the number on the scales or our dress size do NOT define us
• and has also gained a S**T TON of confidence in the process!

Thank you thank you thank you for being the most patient & dedicated client any trainer could wish for. I am SO PROUD OF YOU ❤️

SWIPE for your reminder that the number on the scales does NOT matter!

Such an outdated method that has been pushed on women so much; we determine our worth by the obsessive question “how much do you weigh?” I actually remember having these conversations PRIMARY SCHOOL!? (Who remembers the year 6 weigh ins when every single child came back as ‘obese’???? 😂)

Girls, our bodies are CONSTANTLY changing pretty much throughout the whole of our lifetime; from the phases within our menstrual cycle, pregnancy & then all the way through menopause. (We don’t get this life easy unfortunately).

Let’s also not forget the lean muscle mass we are building in the process of strength training!

It makes me smile when my clients finally learn that what you weigh does NOT matter! Your confidence should shine through your health - not a number 🙏🏻

So proud of you ! ❤️

It’s giving ✨holiday blues✨

Still in the Greek feels and still not over the best food ever 🥲 So I made this super easy watermelon & feta salad which was my go to snack on holiday 🫶🏼

• Chopped watermelon
• Feta
• Sliced red onion
• (it should be mint) but I’m not a huge fan so I use basil instead!
* Make sure you remember balsamic drizzled on top only when serving!*
