Greenock parkrun

Thankyou to everyone who has already volunteered for parkrun this coming Saturday.

Greenock parkrun, event number 565, 25th July 2026.

Runners and volunteers celebrated milestones at today's parkrun.

Joining the 25 Club was Cameron Coupar. He has run 21 of his 25 parkruns at Greenock.

Martin Traud took part in his 100th parkrun, 91 of which have been on the Esplanade.

Paul Monaghan completed his 200th parkrun. He has run at Greenock on 184 occasions.

George Hegarty ran in his 250th parkrun. 216 of these have been in Greenock.

Gerry Gillespie was tailwalker on his 300th parkrun. Gerry has completed all 300 on the Esplanade.

Run Director, John Stevenson, also completed his 300th parkrun. 253 of these have been at Greenock.

Claire Melville volunteered for the 25th time. She has completed 7 different roles.

Following on from last week's milestones, Neil M. Thomson volunteered today for the 50th time. Neil has completed 6 different roles.

Tracey Howe completed her 250th volunteering at Greenock parkrun, bringing her total to 460 volunteer credits. As well as being one of the Photographers, she has been a Marshal and Report Writer.
