what a joy its been building this huge Hub, this beauty stands at 7meters wide by 4 meters deep, this hub has seperate office space with lockable door, and a spacious family games room. is fully insulated, plastered, painted and decorated, floor laid, skirting architrave and doors hung, full electrics with usb sockets, complete with slate grey upvc cladding for minimal maintenance, anthracite grey on white upvc double glazed windows and doors. we added a pergola at the back for bike storage, plum slate around the perimeter and finished it all of with a decking entrance with hand rail, all the client had to do was provide the furniture. if you like what you see and think you could benefit from a hub in your life feel free to like my page and drop me a message

was hoping to be 100% finished today, and i felt a bit stressed that we didn't get it all done, but then i remembered were not machines we are merely men, and sometimes things are out of our control, but i couldn't be prouder of my team and the hard work they have put in to achieve this in 10 working days, with a helping hand from lrc electrical, and Jp Joinery for hanging the door cheers everyone.

So close to having It all plastered, felt a little disappointed then realised we only started this build on Monday...5 days ago and 3 of them it rained all day couple of hours in the morning should smash it

And on day 4, God did say unto the world....get the hub finished in osb, wrapped.in breathable membrane, 1st fixed for electrics, fully insulated and the office space plasterboarded and scrim taped ready for skimming tomorrow.....if I were an American football coach I would put our teams hands I'm the middle and shout Gooooooooooooooo Hillyards...🤣🤣🤣🤣

3 days in and we as a team have been very busy, base down and boarded, all studwork done, roof boards on window, door frames in and started boarding the exterior,
