📩 We’ve had a few enquiries about how to book the pool and how it all works so here’s everything you need to know!

💦 About the pool
• Designed for owners to swim with their dogs, with HCBDA staff at the side giving guidance.
• Up to 2 adults can be in the pool at once.
• For beginners, dogs usually gain confidence faster with their owner in the water.
• If you can’t go in, a member of our team can swim with your dog for a small fee of £5.
• For their first session, we recommend someone is in the pool to help your dog learn how to enter and exit safely.

💰 Prices for 30 minute swim sessions
• 1–2 dogs: £30
• 3–4 dogs: £35
• HCBDA staff in the water: +£5

🕙 Opening times
We’re open Thursday – Monday, 10:30am – 6:00pm.
We’ll share a pinned post each week with days of limited availability. If a date isn’t listed, it usually means we have more slots – just ask!
Currently, we’re taking bookings up to 20th December 2025.

📅 How to book
Message, WhatsApp or text us with:
• Date & time you’d like
• How many dogs (and their breeds)

We’ll reply the same day – usually after 8pm, once swims and cleaning are finished.
Once a slot is agreed, we’ll send you a payment link. Your booking is confirmed when payment is received.

⚠️ Please note: This is not a hydrotherapy pool – it’s a fun leisure activity for you and your dogs to enjoy together!

Please remember to come and support the fund raising night.

With Crufts less than 3 weeks away we have some inspiring planned workshops for taster sessions.

ALWAYS FANCIED TRYING SOMETHING WITH YOUR DOG WE HAVE TASTER HAVE A GO SESSIONS AVAILABLE

‼️ MAXIMUM 5 DOGS PER WORKSHOP ‼️

Agility - learning how to do different obstacles within a course including jumps, tunnels, finding there feet on some contact equipment

Flyball - a team sport consisting of a rely race over four jumps triggering and retrieving a ball from a shooting box

Hoopers - a low impact dog sport to work on dog skill, commitment to obstacles and working at distance from handler

Agility -

Hoopers - Bess, Bailey, Denzel, Tessa
