What is Personalised Online Coaching?

▫️PERSONALISED:
Everything will be tailored to your needs, wants and current ability. Your programme will be exactly that, yours, and will be tailored to you specifically. Each week your programme will be designed to work towards your goals but taking into consideration the previous week’s training, progress and any obstacles that may come along the way.

▫️ONLINE:
All programming and communication will be sent through an app. Each person having their own log in, enabling them to see and update workouts as well as uploading progress pictures/videos and able to message me directly anytime. Workouts can be completed anytime and anywhere to suit you.

▫️COACHING:
I will ask for videos of exercises to enable me to monitor the work carried out to ensure they are being done correctly, safely and effectively. I will feedback on these videos and you will be able to message me and feedback on the workout.

I am going to be offering some personalised online coaching, initially to a small group of people.
This programming is to enhance the training that you are already doing. So if there’s a particular skill you’re wanting to improve, maybe get a first pull up/muscle up, increase weights on a particular lift, prepare for a competition or maybe work on some mobility, I’m here to help.
My programming will be planned around the individuals needs, for an agreed amount of sessions per week depending on your schedule and current gym training. It will include video feedback, on going support and accountability.

I will be sharing more details over the next week. If this is something you are interested in or have any questions please send me a message. I will be offering an introductory rate for the first people to sign up 🤍

▫️What is Cupping Therapy?

Cups are placed on the skin, creating suction. This promotes blood flow, releases tension and can help reduce inflammation.

What is dry needling?

Dry needling is used to target trigger points and areas of tension, helping release tight muscles, increase blood flow and restore function.
