The summer might be coming to an end, but we are still on court counting down to the 2026 winter season! 🏐✨

Despite a drizzle of rain we enjoyed another lovely evening for netball now last night. If you’ve been thinking about coming along, remember we play every Wednesday (keep an eye out on the page for weather updates).

Also, don’t forget our AGM is on Thursday 3rd September 2026. It’s your chance to have a say & get involved. We are still planning to create a press & publicity sub-committee, so if you’re interested, let us know! 👩‍💻✨

Want to support the GDSNL? Remember all committee positions can be applied to using this form https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/y7WQDnQz8i, and we have a vacant position (Affiliation Secretary). Nomination for the Committee and any other motion, i.e. rule amendments, to be submitted to the AGM, together with names of the proposer and seconder (unless the motion is to be submitted on behalf of the Committee) need to be submitted, in writing, to the Secretary of the League at least 21 days before the date of the AGM.

Additionally, we’re planning something new. Are you a wiz at Excel, TikTok, or Twitter? Do you have a community network to share what we do at the GDSNL or have a knack for writing to help out with match reports? We are thinking about creating a press & publicity sub-committee, so if you’re interested, let us know!
