Are you looking to get back on your feet after a period of illness, or wanting to get back into walking but start off gently? Are you someone who struggles with mobility who would be interested in chair-based exercises? We are thinking of short walks around our nature trail, yoga and chair-based sports such as bowling.
We are wanting to put on some activities to get people moving again, so please comment below if this is something you'd want to attend.
