SUMMIT SERIES #1 ā COMPLETE ā°ļøš„¾
And just like that⦠the first Summit Series is in the books.
This morning was exactly what I wanted this series to be about.
No stopwatches.
No reps.
No competition.
No pressure.
Just a group of people getting outside, moving, talking, laughing and enjoying a few miles together.
After everything weāve thrown ourselves at this year, the early mornings, brutal workouts, challenges and events, sometimes fitness doesnāt need to be complicated.
Sometimes itās just about putting your boots on and getting out there.
The Summit Series was created to bring people together away from the gym. It doesnāt matter how fit you are, how fast you are, or whether youāve ever done anything like this before.
You just turn up and walk.
A massive thank you to everyone who joined us at Croxby this morning and made Summit Series No.1 what it was.
Great company.
Fresh air.
Plenty of laughs.
And the first one is officially done. ā
SUMMIT SERIES #1 ā°ļø
CROXBY ā COMPLETE.
Now we start thinking about where No.2 takes usā¦ šš„¾
For runners, lifters, beginners⦠and anyone who just wants to get outside and move.

ā°ļø THE SUMMIT SERIES ā STARTS TOMORROW ā°ļø
Something a little different starts tomorrowā¦
No burpees. No stopwatch. No competition.
The Summit Series is simply about getting outside, getting some miles in and doing it together.
A group walk for EVERYONE ā whether you train with us or not.

Tomorrow ā Sunday 23rd August
ā° 9:00am
Walk. Talk. Fresh air. Good company. Bring your dog!
For the miles. For the views. For each other.
See you at 9. ā°ļø

THE FINAL FIGHT ā DONE. š„š»
And just like that⦠our final charity event of 2026 is over.
What a year.
At the start of this year I wanted to go BIG. Some of the events were ambitious, some probably sounded completely ridiculous when I first mentioned them š
But this team backed them every single time.
No Quit 24.
Family Fun Day.
The Impossible Mile.
And finally⦠The Final Fight.
Different challenges. Same reason.
To bring people together, push ourselves beyond what we thought we were capable of and raise as much as possible for The Sunflowers Childrenās Action Group. š»
Today was the perfect way to finish it.
It wasnāt about being the fastest, strongest or fittest.
It was about turning up.
Digging in when it hurt.
Getting through another round when your body was telling you to stop.
And doing it for something bigger than ourselves.
We came into today closing in on £3,500 raised, which is absolutely incredible.
But the money only tells part of the story.
Iāve watched people step completely outside their comfort zones this year.
Iāve watched people turn up nervous, questioning whether they could do it⦠and finish with a massive smile knowing theyād just achieved something they didnāt think they were capable of.
Iāve watched this community turn up again and again.
Not for medals.
Not for trophies.
Just because they believed in what we were doing.
And Iām unbelievably proud of that.
To everyone who took part today, everyone who has taken part in ANY event this year, everyone who donated, sponsored, volunteered, shared a post or stood on the sidelines cheering us onā¦
Thank you.
You made this year what it was.
There have been tired bodies, questionable ideas, plenty of suffering and a hell of a lot of memories š
But I wouldnāt change any of it.
The Final Fight.
One last event.
One last fight.
One last time emptying the tank.
2026 charity events⦠COMPLETE. š„š»
Proud doesnāt even come close.
Lifetime Fitness.
Stronger Together.
Now we recoverā¦
Because 2027 is already looking slightly ridiculous.
22/08/2026
As we approach the final hours before the start of our final event of the year, I wanted to put something out there that isnāt about the event, the fundraising or the limelight.
Itās about what happens when nobody is looking.
People see the busy classes.
They see the photos when the gym is bouncing, the events full of people, the atmosphere, the community growing.
And Iām incredibly proud of all of that.
But what people donāt see is how many times you fail to get there.
Because believe meā¦
Iāve failed far more times than Iāve succeeded.
They donāt see the sessions where hardly anyone books on.
The ideas youāre absolutely convinced will work that completely flop.
The events you spend weeks planning that donāt get the response you hoped for.
The money you spend that you probably shouldnāt have.
The posts nobody interacts with.
The risks that donāt pay off.
The times you check the bookings again, hoping another name has appeared.
Or those moments when youāre sat on your own thinkingā¦
āWhat the f**k am I actually doing?ā
Thatās the side nobody really posts.
Social media shows the packed class.
It doesnāt show the empty one that came before it.
It shows the successful event.
It doesnāt show the ideas that went absolutely nowhere.
It shows the confidence.
It doesnāt show the doubt.
Iāve made mistakes.
Iāve backed ideas that failed.
Iāve changed direction.
Iāve had quiet classes.
Iāve had bad months.
Iāve questioned myself more times than I could count.
And Iāll probably do all of those things again.
But somewhere along the way Iāve realised something.
You probably need to fail more times than you succeed.
Because thatās where you learn.
Thatās where you adapt.
Thatās where you find out how badly you actually want something.
You get it wrong.
You learn.
You turn up again tomorrow.
You try something different.
You take another risk.
And occasionally something clicks.
Then eventually people start seeing the busy classes, the events and the community and think everything must have gone right.
It didnāt.
I just didnāt stop when it went wrong.
So as we head into The Final Fight today, and close another chapter on what has been a pretty ambitious year, I think thatās probably the bit Iām proudest of.
Not the limelight.
Not the photos.
Not whether something looked successful from the outside.
Itās the fact that through the failures, the mistakes, the quiet days and the doubtsā¦
we kept going.
So if youāre trying to build something, change your life, get fitter, start a business or chase an idea that other people might not understandā¦
Donāt be afraid to fail.
Fail.
Learn.
Adjust.
Then have another f**king go.
Because behind most things that eventually succeed is someone who was willing to look like they were failing for a very long time.
You donāt have to win every time.
You just have to make sure the losses never convince you to stop.

š„ TODAY IS THE FINAL FIGHT š„
And just like that⦠weāve reached the final charity event of the year.
Today we head to Weelsby Woods for THE FINAL FIGHT š„
One last event.
One last push.
One last chance to raise as much as we possibly can for The Sunflowers Childrenās Action Group. š»
Before we get started, I just want to say a massive THANK YOU.
To every single person who has donated, whether it was £2, £5, £10, £50 or more, thank you.
Every donation matters. Every share matters. Every person who has supported what weāve been trying to do this year has played a part.
Weāve put on some pretty ambitious events, pushed ourselves well outside our comfort zones and created some incredible memories along the way.
But underneath all the madness, the miles, the burpees, the sweat and the suffering, there has always been a bigger reason behind it.
Raising money and awareness for an incredible local charity. š»
So this is itā¦
LAST CHANCE TO DONATE.
If youāve followed what weāve done this year, taken part in an event, cheered someone on or simply enjoyed watching us suffer, chuck a couple of quid into the JustGiving page if you can.
It all adds up.
And to everyone whoās already donated, supported, sponsored, volunteered or taken partā¦
Thank you. Genuinely.
Now thereās only one thing left to do.
š„ THE FINAL FIGHT.
If youāre at a loose need between 10:00-15:00, pop some and cheer these heroes on!
Letās finish what we started. š»š„

š„ THE FINAL FIGHT ā ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW š„
This Saturday, we go to work.
š
Saturday 22nd August
ā° 10:00am
š Weelsby Woods
ā±ļø 5 HOURS
If youāve signed up, hereās what youāre walking intoā¦
This isnāt a fight.
You donāt need to be a boxer.
Itās five hours of boxing based fitness, bodyweight work, conditioning, padwork and running designed to test one thing above everything else:
Your willingness to keep answering the bell.
š„ THE OPENING ā BOXING TON-UP
We start old school.
10 exercises.
10 reps of each.
But thereās a catchā¦
Exercise 1.
Then 1 + 2.
Then 1 + 2 + 3.
Every round starts back at the beginning until youāve worked through all 10.
550 reps total.
And thatās just the opening.
š 1-MILE RUN
Finish the Ton-Up and weāre straight out for the first mile.
Then the rounds begin.
š„ ROUND 1 ā BODYWEIGHT
52 minutes.
You Go / I Go.
One works. One recovers. Then we switch.
Simple movements. Plenty of work. Settle in, because weāve got a long way to go.
š 10-MINUTE INTERVAL
š„ ROUND 2 ā CONDITIONING
48 minutes.
Punching. Running. Conditioning.
10 punches ā 20m run ā repeat.
1:30 of work.
30 seconds to change.
Different exercises throughout the round.
š 10-MINUTE INTERVAL
š„ ROUND 3 ā BOXING CONDITIONING
Around 50 minutes of repeated boxing and bodyweight conditioning.
Punches.
Push-ups.
Speed work.
Run & punch.
Long continuous combinations.
Shoulder taps.
Complete the routine.
Then go again.
And again.
Until the bell says youāre done.
š 10-MINUTE INTERVAL
š„ ROUND 4 ā PADWORK
52 minutes.
This is where we bring it back to boxing.
Different padwork combinations throughout.
1 minute working.
30 seconds to change.
By now the arms are heavy.
The legs are tired.
And youāve been working for hours.
But weāre not finished.
š FINAL INTERVAL
Regroup.
Get some fluid in.
Catch your breath.
Because thereās still one round left.
š THE FINAL MILE
The same mile you started with.
Only this timeā¦
Youāve got four rounds in your legs.
This isnāt about being the quickest.
It isnāt about being the fittest person there.
And it definitely isnāt about being a boxer.
Itās about whether youāre prepared to keep showing up when youāre tired.
Five hours.
Four rounds.
Two miles.
One Final Fight.
š„ Keep answering the bell.
This Saturdayā¦
WE FINISH WHAT WE STARTED. š„

WHAT IS THE SUMMIT SERIES? ā°ļøš„¾
Not every challenge needs a stopwatch.
Not every session needs burpees, barbells or someone shouting at you to keep moving.
Sometimes, itās simply about getting outside, putting one foot in front of the other and doing something good for yourself.
Thatās The Summit Series.
A series of group walks throughout the year, bringing people together to explore different routes, get some miles in and enjoy being part of the community away from the gym.
And the best bit?
Itās for EVERYONE.
You donāt need to be super fit.
You donāt need to be a runner.
You donāt need to train with us.
You donāt need to worry about being the slowest.
This isnāt a race.
Weāll walk together, have a laugh, take in the views and make sure nobody feels like theyāre being left behind.
Maybe youāre already training and fancy something different.
Maybe youāre trying to become more active.
Maybe the thought of walking into a gym scares the life out of you, but getting outside for a walk feels like something you could do.
Or maybe you just fancy meeting some decent people and spending a Sunday morning outdoors.
Thatās who The Summit Series is for.
No pressure.
No competition.
Just movement, fresh air, good company and another reason to get off the sofa and do something.

š„ THE FINAL FIGHT ā THIS SATURDAY š„
I want to make something clear about this oneā¦
You do NOT need to be a boxer.
You do NOT need to be super fit.
You do NOT need to be one of the āhardcoreā ones.
You just need to be willing to turn up and have a go.
Because these events were never created just for the fittest people in the room.
Theyāre for the person who wants to challenge themselves.
The person whoās sick of saying āmaybe next time.ā
The person who watches everyone else doing these things and thinksā¦
āI donāt know if I could do that.ā
Come and find out.
Saturday morning weāre taking things back to basics.
š„ Old-school boxing fitness
š Padwork
š„ Bodyweight conditioning
š Running
š³ Outdoors at Weelsby Woods
No fancy equipment.
No fighting.
And absolutely ZERO boxing experience needed.
Youāll sweat.
Youāll probably question why you came at some point.
Thereāll be moments where you want a breather.
Take one.
Then get back in.
Because this isnāt about being the fastest, strongest or fittest person there.
Itās about doing something that makes you uncomfortable.
Itās about putting yourself in an environment you might not normally step into and finding out what youāre capable of.
And when we head out for that final mile, I want everyone leaving knowing theyāve achieved something that morning.
And thereās an even bigger reason behind all of this.
š» REGISTRATION IS Ā£10
100% of every registration fee will be donated to The Sunflowers Childrenās Action Group.
So youāre not just turning up and challenging yourself.
Youāre doing it for something bigger than yourself.
š
Saturday 22nd August
ā° 10:00am
š Weelsby Woods
š· Ā£10 registration ā ALL proceeds donated
If youāve never been to one of our events beforeā¦
Make this your first.
Donāt wait until youāre fitter.
Donāt wait until youāre more confident.
Donāt wait until you think youāre ready.
Turn up as you are.
Have a go.
Push yourself.
Meet some good people.
And help us raise some money for an incredible local cause while weāre at it.
One morning.
One challenge.
One hell of a reason to do it.
