SUMMIT SERIES #1 — COMPLETE ā›°ļøšŸ„¾

And just like that… the first Summit Series is in the books.

This morning was exactly what I wanted this series to be about.

No stopwatches.
No reps.
No competition.
No pressure.

Just a group of people getting outside, moving, talking, laughing and enjoying a few miles together.

After everything we’ve thrown ourselves at this year, the early mornings, brutal workouts, challenges and events, sometimes fitness doesn’t need to be complicated.

Sometimes it’s just about putting your boots on and getting out there.

The Summit Series was created to bring people together away from the gym. It doesn’t matter how fit you are, how fast you are, or whether you’ve ever done anything like this before.

You just turn up and walk.

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us at Croxby this morning and made Summit Series No.1 what it was.

Great company.
Fresh air.
Plenty of laughs.

And the first one is officially done. āœ…

SUMMIT SERIES #1 ā›°ļø
CROXBY — COMPLETE.

Now we start thinking about where No.2 takes us… šŸ‘€šŸ„¾

For runners, lifters, beginners… and anyone who just wants to get outside and move.

22/08/2026

ā›°ļø THE SUMMIT SERIES — STARTS TOMORROW ā›°ļø

Something a little different starts tomorrow…

No burpees. No stopwatch. No competition.

The Summit Series is simply about getting outside, getting some miles in and doing it together.

A group walk for EVERYONE — whether you train with us or not.

🄾 Croxby
šŸ“… Tomorrow — Sunday 23rd August
ā° 9:00am

Walk. Talk. Fresh air. Good company. Bring your dog!

For the miles. For the views. For each other.

See you at 9. ā›°ļø

THE FINAL FIGHT — DONE. 🄊🌻

And just like that… our final charity event of 2026 is over.

What a year.

At the start of this year I wanted to go BIG. Some of the events were ambitious, some probably sounded completely ridiculous when I first mentioned them šŸ˜‚

But this team backed them every single time.

No Quit 24.
Family Fun Day.
The Impossible Mile.
And finally… The Final Fight.

Different challenges. Same reason.

To bring people together, push ourselves beyond what we thought we were capable of and raise as much as possible for The Sunflowers Children’s Action Group. 🌻

Today was the perfect way to finish it.

It wasn’t about being the fastest, strongest or fittest.

It was about turning up.

Digging in when it hurt.

Getting through another round when your body was telling you to stop.

And doing it for something bigger than ourselves.

We came into today closing in on £3,500 raised, which is absolutely incredible.

But the money only tells part of the story.

I’ve watched people step completely outside their comfort zones this year.

I’ve watched people turn up nervous, questioning whether they could do it… and finish with a massive smile knowing they’d just achieved something they didn’t think they were capable of.

I’ve watched this community turn up again and again.

Not for medals.

Not for trophies.

Just because they believed in what we were doing.

And I’m unbelievably proud of that.

To everyone who took part today, everyone who has taken part in ANY event this year, everyone who donated, sponsored, volunteered, shared a post or stood on the sidelines cheering us on…

Thank you.

You made this year what it was.

There have been tired bodies, questionable ideas, plenty of suffering and a hell of a lot of memories šŸ˜‚

But I wouldn’t change any of it.

The Final Fight.

One last event.
One last fight.
One last time emptying the tank.

2026 charity events… COMPLETE. 🄊🌻

Proud doesn’t even come close.

Lifetime Fitness.
Stronger Together.

Now we recover…

Because 2027 is already looking slightly ridiculous.

22/08/2026

As we approach the final hours before the start of our final event of the year, I wanted to put something out there that isn’t about the event, the fundraising or the limelight.

It’s about what happens when nobody is looking.

People see the busy classes.

They see the photos when the gym is bouncing, the events full of people, the atmosphere, the community growing.

And I’m incredibly proud of all of that.

But what people don’t see is how many times you fail to get there.

Because believe me…

I’ve failed far more times than I’ve succeeded.

They don’t see the sessions where hardly anyone books on.

The ideas you’re absolutely convinced will work that completely flop.

The events you spend weeks planning that don’t get the response you hoped for.

The money you spend that you probably shouldn’t have.

The posts nobody interacts with.

The risks that don’t pay off.

The times you check the bookings again, hoping another name has appeared.

Or those moments when you’re sat on your own thinking…

ā€œWhat the f**k am I actually doing?ā€

That’s the side nobody really posts.

Social media shows the packed class.

It doesn’t show the empty one that came before it.

It shows the successful event.

It doesn’t show the ideas that went absolutely nowhere.

It shows the confidence.

It doesn’t show the doubt.

I’ve made mistakes.

I’ve backed ideas that failed.

I’ve changed direction.

I’ve had quiet classes.

I’ve had bad months.

I’ve questioned myself more times than I could count.

And I’ll probably do all of those things again.

But somewhere along the way I’ve realised something.

You probably need to fail more times than you succeed.

Because that’s where you learn.

That’s where you adapt.

That’s where you find out how badly you actually want something.

You get it wrong.

You learn.

You turn up again tomorrow.

You try something different.

You take another risk.

And occasionally something clicks.

Then eventually people start seeing the busy classes, the events and the community and think everything must have gone right.

It didn’t.

I just didn’t stop when it went wrong.

So as we head into The Final Fight today, and close another chapter on what has been a pretty ambitious year, I think that’s probably the bit I’m proudest of.

Not the limelight.

Not the photos.

Not whether something looked successful from the outside.

It’s the fact that through the failures, the mistakes, the quiet days and the doubts…

we kept going.

So if you’re trying to build something, change your life, get fitter, start a business or chase an idea that other people might not understand…

Don’t be afraid to fail.

Fail.

Learn.

Adjust.

Then have another f**king go.

Because behind most things that eventually succeed is someone who was willing to look like they were failing for a very long time.

You don’t have to win every time.

You just have to make sure the losses never convince you to stop.

šŸ”„ TODAY IS THE FINAL FIGHT šŸ”„

And just like that… we’ve reached the final charity event of the year.

Today we head to Weelsby Woods for THE FINAL FIGHT 🄊

One last event.
One last push.
One last chance to raise as much as we possibly can for The Sunflowers Children’s Action Group. 🌻

Before we get started, I just want to say a massive THANK YOU.

To every single person who has donated, whether it was £2, £5, £10, £50 or more, thank you.

Every donation matters. Every share matters. Every person who has supported what we’ve been trying to do this year has played a part.

We’ve put on some pretty ambitious events, pushed ourselves well outside our comfort zones and created some incredible memories along the way.

But underneath all the madness, the miles, the burpees, the sweat and the suffering, there has always been a bigger reason behind it.

Raising money and awareness for an incredible local charity. 🌻

So this is it…

LAST CHANCE TO DONATE.

If you’ve followed what we’ve done this year, taken part in an event, cheered someone on or simply enjoyed watching us suffer, chuck a couple of quid into the JustGiving page if you can.

It all adds up.

And to everyone who’s already donated, supported, sponsored, volunteered or taken part…

Thank you. Genuinely.

Now there’s only one thing left to do.

🄊 THE FINAL FIGHT.

If you’re at a loose need between 10:00-15:00, pop some and cheer these heroes on!

Let’s finish what we started. šŸŒ»šŸ”„

🄊 THE FINAL FIGHT — ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW 🄊

This Saturday, we go to work.

šŸ“… Saturday 22nd August
ā° 10:00am
šŸ“ Weelsby Woods
ā±ļø 5 HOURS

If you’ve signed up, here’s what you’re walking into…

This isn’t a fight.

You don’t need to be a boxer.

It’s five hours of boxing based fitness, bodyweight work, conditioning, padwork and running designed to test one thing above everything else:

Your willingness to keep answering the bell.

🄊 THE OPENING — BOXING TON-UP

We start old school.

10 exercises.
10 reps of each.

But there’s a catch…

Exercise 1.
Then 1 + 2.
Then 1 + 2 + 3.

Every round starts back at the beginning until you’ve worked through all 10.

550 reps total.

And that’s just the opening.

šŸƒ 1-MILE RUN

Finish the Ton-Up and we’re straight out for the first mile.

Then the rounds begin.

šŸ”„ ROUND 1 — BODYWEIGHT

52 minutes.

You Go / I Go.

One works. One recovers. Then we switch.

Simple movements. Plenty of work. Settle in, because we’ve got a long way to go.

šŸ”” 10-MINUTE INTERVAL

🄊 ROUND 2 — CONDITIONING

48 minutes.

Punching. Running. Conditioning.

10 punches → 20m run → repeat.

1:30 of work.
30 seconds to change.

Different exercises throughout the round.

šŸ”” 10-MINUTE INTERVAL

šŸ”„ ROUND 3 — BOXING CONDITIONING

Around 50 minutes of repeated boxing and bodyweight conditioning.

Punches.
Push-ups.
Speed work.
Run & punch.
Long continuous combinations.
Shoulder taps.

Complete the routine.

Then go again.

And again.

Until the bell says you’re done.

šŸ”” 10-MINUTE INTERVAL

🄊 ROUND 4 — PADWORK

52 minutes.

This is where we bring it back to boxing.

Different padwork combinations throughout.

1 minute working.
30 seconds to change.

By now the arms are heavy.

The legs are tired.

And you’ve been working for hours.

But we’re not finished.

šŸ”” FINAL INTERVAL

Regroup.
Get some fluid in.
Catch your breath.

Because there’s still one round left.

šŸƒ THE FINAL MILE

The same mile you started with.

Only this time…

You’ve got four rounds in your legs.

This isn’t about being the quickest.

It isn’t about being the fittest person there.

And it definitely isn’t about being a boxer.

It’s about whether you’re prepared to keep showing up when you’re tired.

Five hours.
Four rounds.
Two miles.
One Final Fight.

🄊 Keep answering the bell.

This Saturday…

WE FINISH WHAT WE STARTED. šŸ”„

WHAT IS THE SUMMIT SERIES? ā›°ļøšŸ„¾

Not every challenge needs a stopwatch.

Not every session needs burpees, barbells or someone shouting at you to keep moving.

Sometimes, it’s simply about getting outside, putting one foot in front of the other and doing something good for yourself.

That’s The Summit Series.

A series of group walks throughout the year, bringing people together to explore different routes, get some miles in and enjoy being part of the community away from the gym.

And the best bit?

It’s for EVERYONE.

You don’t need to be super fit.
You don’t need to be a runner.
You don’t need to train with us.
You don’t need to worry about being the slowest.

This isn’t a race.

We’ll walk together, have a laugh, take in the views and make sure nobody feels like they’re being left behind.

Maybe you’re already training and fancy something different.

Maybe you’re trying to become more active.

Maybe the thought of walking into a gym scares the life out of you, but getting outside for a walk feels like something you could do.

Or maybe you just fancy meeting some decent people and spending a Sunday morning outdoors.

That’s who The Summit Series is for.

No pressure.
No competition.
Just movement, fresh air, good company and another reason to get off the sofa and do something.

ā›°ļø THE SUMMIT SERIES — WALK. EXPLORE. TOGETHER.

Series No.1 — Croxby
šŸ“… Sunday 23rd August
ā° 9:00am

Book on and join us. šŸ¤ŸšŸ»

🄊 THE FINAL FIGHT — THIS SATURDAY 🄊

I want to make something clear about this one…

You do NOT need to be a boxer.
You do NOT need to be super fit.
You do NOT need to be one of the ā€œhardcoreā€ ones.

You just need to be willing to turn up and have a go.

Because these events were never created just for the fittest people in the room.

They’re for the person who wants to challenge themselves.

The person who’s sick of saying ā€œmaybe next time.ā€

The person who watches everyone else doing these things and thinks…

ā€œI don’t know if I could do that.ā€

Come and find out.

Saturday morning we’re taking things back to basics.

🄊 Old-school boxing fitness
šŸ‘Š Padwork
šŸ”„ Bodyweight conditioning
šŸƒ Running
🌳 Outdoors at Weelsby Woods

No fancy equipment.

No fighting.

And absolutely ZERO boxing experience needed.

You’ll sweat.
You’ll probably question why you came at some point.
There’ll be moments where you want a breather.

Take one.
Then get back in.

Because this isn’t about being the fastest, strongest or fittest person there.

It’s about doing something that makes you uncomfortable.

It’s about putting yourself in an environment you might not normally step into and finding out what you’re capable of.

And when we head out for that final mile, I want everyone leaving knowing they’ve achieved something that morning.

And there’s an even bigger reason behind all of this.

🌻 REGISTRATION IS £10

100% of every registration fee will be donated to The Sunflowers Children’s Action Group.

So you’re not just turning up and challenging yourself.

You’re doing it for something bigger than yourself.

šŸ“… Saturday 22nd August
ā° 10:00am
šŸ“ Weelsby Woods
šŸ’· Ā£10 registration — ALL proceeds donated

If you’ve never been to one of our events before…

Make this your first.
Don’t wait until you’re fitter.
Don’t wait until you’re more confident.
Don’t wait until you think you’re ready.
Turn up as you are.

Have a go.
Push yourself.
Meet some good people.

And help us raise some money for an incredible local cause while we’re at it.

One morning.
One challenge.
One hell of a reason to do it.

🄊 THE FINAL FIGHT.
