Bit late posting this one but this is the wonderful Kloe K l o e H a r d y 🌺 who back in September had her baby in the car on the way to the hospital !
She said that an affirmation card ‘my contractions cannot be stronger than me, because they are me’ helped her to get through her contractions.
This is an amazing affirmation and shows the power of positive statements and how they can support brain activation to improve self belief !
She also said that she has had 2 dream pregnancies and births and that she owes it all to yoga.
I am so greatful you have said this and pleased that your experiences were positive and yoga helped you on that journey.

After you have given birth, you often find yourself bottom of the pile. That's not intentional. it's just your energy and time is dedicated to your little ones. In my experience, the other parents you meet at this time are often a lifeline to sanity and wellbeing. I truly wished there had been this exercise class available when mine were little. A space to devote some well needed time to your mind and body but also a place to connect with other mums. They say it takes a village to raise a child well this is your sign to find your village !

You really don't need us to birth your baby, but if you do, we are there 🥰

Pregnant this year? you're going to hear a LOT of advice from a LOT of people. It's important you do your own research, follow your own journey, and form your own opinions. Take time to get appropriate health professional guidance and consider the information that is being given. Pregnancy and birth is a personal experience, take time for yourself, and form your opinions based on your true feelings and thoughts with professional advice as the basis. Maternity care should be personalised, and plans made in collaboration with you and health professionals, so it's important you know what you really think.
Yoga can give you that time and space to really understand yourself, your thoughts, feeling's and physical body. This gives you strength and confidence to understand how you truly feel and knowing your own body.
Pregnancy is a great time of change and empowerment, and you deserve to have a positive experience. ✨️

Last yoga session of the year next week and I have promised to wear something festive !
Its been an amazing year and I have met some fabulous women. If you are interested in pregnancy, yoga and fancy giving it a go please come along.

Back for pregnancy yoga tonight . I have been doing pregnancy yoga here for over 5 years (i think), and sometimes I think of all the amazing new mums I have had the privilege to meet. Sometimes, I have even seen them for a 2nd or 3rd time.
Pregnancy yoga has so many benefits, but one of the most crucial is the dedication of 1 hour a week for you to connect, acknowledge, and enjoy your pregnancy. 60 minutes just for you and your baby, not much to ask in this crazy, busy world is it ?
