Jack & Ian introduced the girls to boxing training, we will be introducing something different every week to help keep the girls engaged.

Monday marked the start of our partnership with and the Carousel Project 🤝

The carousel Project is helping encourage our younger generation to stay active 💪🏼 something we at The Oasis Health Club strongly believe in!

For the next 6 weeks we will be introducing the girls to different types of workouts & showing them that exercise doesn’t have to be boring!

Thankyou to for jumping onboard. The girls really enjoyed Jacks circuit he set out for them.
