Just made it through the week with no sugar! 💪 After giving up alcohol, I found myself reaching for sweets and chocolate as a substitute, but this week I managed to break that habit. It’s only been a week, but it’s a positive start, and I’m feeling great! Small victories add up to big changes. ”

New client: New challenge!

Having goals and targets is a very important part of most peoples’ training.
There are no limits to what you can achieve.
Whether you are a cyclists who've recently neglected their training, are looking to build base fitness or want climbing specific conditioning I am able to help you achieve these goals by taking you out on your bike for your own personal training ride. These can be booked as a one to one or a group booking.
I offer a complimentary consultation session to anyone who is considering our personal training. The purpose of this initial consultation is to give me a better understanding of what you are looking to achieve with regards to your health, fitness & cycling.
Once your goals are set, we build a plan, spend time on & off the saddle with you & monitor your progress, updating your plan week-by-week.
