I have started a new dance fit class on a Tuesday night at the Lancaster hall in Send, Woking 7.30pm.
(IT IS NOT CLUB GLOWFIT)

This class is a mix of pop, chart, Latin and club music with little 80s fun in there too!
Easy to follow moves, lots of fun and of course sweat 😅

💃 The Lancaster hall,Send Road, Send, Woking.
💃 Starts at 7.30pm - 50 minute class
💃 £7.00 per class or £36.00 for 6 classes.
💃 No need to book, just turn up and dance!

Sorry Guys from both of us and thanks for all your energy, laughter and love over the years but it’s time for us to stop Glowing for a while due to increased and accruing injuries….. (very boring)

Sorry to have to cancel again guys but Ive literally just pulled my hamstring in the last hour (very painful) and Gina is still not 100%
