“When I first started at Yoga Guild, I had done some yoga before, but not much with a face to face teacher. Attending George's classes has formed part of my tentative steps towards a new, fitter and more flexible me. Although I was apprehensive at first, over the last few months I've really gained in strength and 'stretch'.
