🏆 WHAT A FANTASTIC DAY! 🏆

A huge well done to everyone who took part in the Hero Championships 2026 today.
We saw brilliant performances, great sportsmanship, plenty of medals, loads of fun and lots of new friendships being made along the way. 💚

A massive thank you to all our competitors, parents, families and instructors who came along and helped make the day such a success.
Whether you came home with a medal or simply challenged yourself by stepping out there and competing, you should be incredibly proud of what you achieved.

Thank you for being part of the Hero family and making today one to remember.
Well done everyone! 👏🏆💚

"I was a bouncy child... bouncing around the walls." 🥋

Robert has been training with us for seven years. In that time martial arts has given him focus, confidence, and the ability to handle losing without getting angry. Those skills go far beyond the mat.

We're so proud of how far you've come, Robert! 💚
