Our upcoming Yin Yoga Teacher Training with is filling beautifully, and the early bird offer is closing end of May.

Created specifically for Yoga teachers, this immersive training is an opportunity to deepen your knowledge, refine teaching skills, and explore the art of holding space through stillness.

You will journey through Yin philosophy, functional anatomy, meridian theory, meditation, breathwork, and the quiet power of long-held postures.
