Hard to believe this will be our Fourth Christmas at Stable! 🎉🥳
Join us at 9.30am for a team workout followed by mince pies, brownies and hot drinks.

Massive Shoutout to Stable Online Clients Claire & Nicola for completing Weymouth 70.3 Ironman this weekend!
Claire & Nicola have been training extremely hard over the summer and this weekend saw all their efforts pay off.
They both absolutely smashed the race and although they completed the swim, bike and run at different times they finished the race at exactly the same time and crossed the line together… how amazing!
Girls you should be super proud of what you have achieved and I’m sure it’s just the beginning of some pretty epic triathlon racing!

Mixing things up this year for our end of summer bbq this year and bringing you Stable’s First Sports Day!
Think sack rack, bean bag race and tug of war plus many other school sports day classics. Of course we will be in house colours 🔴🔵🟡🟢 and there will be stickers for 1st, 2nd & 3rd! 👀
Join us on Saturday 14th September to round off the summer with a bbq and drinks.
All family, friends and children welcome.
