Simon Daley started his barbel fishing off in style with this huge framed fish weighing 16lb 7oz.

Simon, used 16lb Tiger Line fluorocarbon main line, a Target Barbel Back Lead to keep the last few feet of his line pinned to the river bed and one of our super sharp size 8 Target Barbel Hooks.

Target team member Lee Snow, had a great trip for bream recently, bagging slabs of 12lb 7oz, 12lb 0oz, 11lb 15oz, 11lb 15oz, 11lb 14oz. Fishing corn and casters on size 10 Target Barbel hooks, to 15lb Target SpeciSkin and SpeciTuff mainline, Lee managed to tempt them all from a small gravel spot at range.

After catching his excellent 5lb 3oz eel, Terry Theobald returned for another session. Using the same tactics of fishing a single prawn into deep water, Theo had just one bite, but it resulted in this lovely eel of 6lb 2oz.

Fishing a 14ft-deep hole with just one prawn, Theo landed this stunning dark Eel weighing 5lb 3oz.

The capture came on our 15lb SpeciTuff main line, which will be available later this year!
