I was told 2 years ago that I will probably never walk correctly, and my days of running are over after a horrific leg injury. I gave myself a goal, to prove them wrong. Fri run.

It’s official, and Oh My Fitness is back and to kick start things off we are on a Oh My Adventure, with plenty of adventure fitness activities this week.
