I am teaching a private class at RHY in Guildford. It's a 60min class unheated at 4pm today 25/02/17. As this is a private class it's free so if you can make it I would love to see you there. As my Teacher Training comes to an end there will not be many opportunities to offer these classes. So join me today at the lovely RHY Studio in Guildford.

Good afternoon everyone! I am holding a free class on Saturday 28th of January at 4pm at RHY in Guildford. This will be an exam practice as I will be a week away from my practical exam. Christmas is just around the corner. It is a time for great joy but for many can be a time of stress. Christmas holiday period is a mass of complex social interactions with family or relatives whom you rather not see. There may be the expectation to create the perfect Christmas or at least what is perceived as the perfect Christmas. So here is a plan to keep your grounded and balanced. For the run up to Christmas over the next 4 weeks every Wednesday at 6.15pm I will be holding a practice session at Red Hot Yoga.

All year long we are reminded in our yoga practice to focus on the now, to be present. This is the time to put all of that into practice. The sequence contains an excellent selection of poses to kick the holiday stress and enjoy every minute of the festive season.
