We’re proud to be supporting Many Hands Community Programme , a charity doing incredibly important work around addiction, recovery and the people affected by it in Africa

Helping Hands provides safe spaces for people to talk, raises awareness around addiction and offers support not only to those struggling themselves, but to their families and loved ones too.

The charity was founded by Jon Everett, who has now been sober for an incredible 24 years and has turned his own experiences into something that helps others.

The Many Hands team travel to Africa, continuing the fantastic work they’ve already been doing within communities there. One trip, they held a football tournament — and Guildford City FC were delighted to be provide some equipment to help make it happen.

This is a cause very close to our hearts, and we’re incredibly proud to play even a small part in supporting the work they do.

Cove win 5–4 on penalties.

A tough way to bow out after a hard-fought 90 minutes.

The lads gave everything tonight and can hold their heads high, but congratulations to Cove, who held their nerve in the shootout. We wish them all the best in the next round.

Plenty to take from the performance. We dust ourselves down and move on to the next one.
