12 Days of Christmas 2024 with the best community in Guildford

The start of our 12th Open as a Open Workout 24.1 done and dusted such a great day. Huge support from our amazing community as always. One and done now onto the next one

Great weekend 4 teams from Guildford competing and loads of support. Lots of members first comp and they all smashed it. Coaches are so proud of everyone.

Halloween Workout going down

CrossFit Guildford Run Club kicking off Sunday 8th. Each session will be planned by a member to introduce new Run routes and post run snacks at each session. Runs are suitable for all levels and will always be under 5k unless stated otherwise. They will also all start or finish with a chance for some snacks and social time.

10am Saturday 28th October will be our annual Halloween Fancy Dress Workout! There will be snacks and prizes. Gym will be open after for some drinks and social time. Friends and family welcome down as always.

Looking to get some specific training in for your team. Drop us a message to sort out join our group sessions or to organise a custom session for your team. We have a full complement of kit needed for Turf Games along with highly experienced Coaches to guide you through the more skilled elements of the competition.

May 29th we will be hosting Murph in Support of we will be running two heats. 10.00-11.30 and 11.30-13.00. We will be finishing up with food and a raffle (see second slide for some of the prizes). All money raised will be going directly to Combat Stress. Big thanks to .uk for supplying prizes for the raffle.
