My answers;
I'm Tired - Post Vaccine and RA Flare up due to crappy weather. ❌

All my goals for January were met - with some altered due to covid issues. ✅

My mental health is okay, becoming more frustrated by the lack of real progression in this covid timeline but trying to ensure I'm talking, going for walks and being involved with my immediate family 👪 ⭕

Feb is hopefully looking like a bit more opportunity to plan for the year and also develop my skills further with AI and PS. Also looking to do some more (me) content that allows you more into my RA and Ankylosing Spondylitis side and what it is and what it does. 📸🙏

Always remember my DMs are Open 24hrs a day for any questions and I'm always open to be involved with your channel and what your trying to achieve. So don't hesitate.
