So my last grid post was almost exactly 2 months ago… & I know I didn’t actually think I was going to be posting about with just 2 sleeps to go …. But I am 😅😅… There’s been tantrums, tears & a whole lot of laughs, mainly directed at ( Just the best PT 🤩). … I have LOVED training for this so much ( apart from maybe those fecking Wall Balls 😂)& met awesome people at the fabulous ❤️
( If you’re tempted with Hyrox , she’s your gal 💪)Final part of taper training yesterday & today .. Nails ( curtesy of always fabulous 😃) & a Spray tan that quite frankly makes me look like Ross from friends 😂 🧡 ( But no F***s given there 😆) ….

Join me this week & through August as I cover Pilates classes Ebb&Flow] in Farnham ❤️ …. What can Pilates do for you ? 🤔….Amongst other things with a regular practice you will begin to Strengthen, Lengthen & Tone muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance, develop a mindful breath practice & improve posture … I truly Believe that with a consistent Pilates practice you will see huge benefits in other aspects of your life, be it in other sports like Running, Cycling, Tennis, Golf ( the list goes on…) or just day to day activities like walking & gardening . Practicing in the studio with others builds a lovely community ( which Ebb&Flow] has in abundance ❤️) & lastly, hopefully it will make you smile 😊… Come & see if you can fall in love with Pilates, Monday & Wednesday 9.30am

🌸New Class 🌸 I will be Ebb&Flow] this coming Wednesday covering 7am Warm Vinyasa (25th May) …But my very happy news is that when I get back from Cornwall 🌊 🐚 I will be teaching this class every Wednesday morning 💕 taking over from the lovely .retreats who is off on adventures new ….. I love early morning classes, practicing or teaching & I am so happy to be teaching this class in such a beautiful studio ….
