Sessions are:
Tuesday 6.30am, 9.30am, 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
Thursday 6.30am, 9.30am, 6.30pm.
Saturday 8.45am.

The bootcamp is up and running. Tuesday and Thursdays at 5.30pm and Saturday at 9am. It is dependant on numbers so please feel free to bring friends and family if interested. It's £6 a session.

The new winter timetable for bootcamps is up and running. The summer was great and training while getting a tan was a good combination. However, the light is drawing in and the weather is getting worse but that can't stop you. You will feel better for fighting the elements.

New timetable for Merrow Bootcamp:

Tuesday at 5.30pm

Thursday at 5.30pm

Saturday at 9am
50 minute sessions at £6 each. Tuesday and Thursday for £10.

24th and 26th September. Bring a friend for free sessions!

Great start to Saturday morning bootcamps. 13 people and the weather was perfect. Everyone worked hard and had fun. 8.50am bootcamp.
