A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of taking part in the 3rd Interregional Karate Style Seminar organized by FIJLKAM Lazio Karate at the Palazzetto dello Sport Bandinelli in Velletri, Rome. 🥋✨

The Wado-Ryu sessions, led by Master Maurizio Paradisi, offered a truly intense and enriching program:

🔹 Kihon of the style
🔹 Kihon Kumite no. 4 and no. 8
🔹 Ohyo Kumite no. 3 and no. 7
🔹 Kata Jitte with its Kaisetsu

A special thanks to Sensei Alessandro Venanzoni and Sensei Francesco Stazi, and to my dojo mates of the ASD Yamash*ta Club Ilaria, Gianluca, and Gabriele for making the atmosphere even more pleasant and familiar. ❤️

An extraordinary opportunity to refine techniques, deepen understanding, and share the spirit of Karate with fellow practitioners. 💪🔥

Recently I had the honor and the joy of being part of the examination board for two young Karate athletes taking their belt exam. ✨🥋

Sharing that moment with them was truly special — I could feel their emotions blending with mine, from the tension before starting to the relief and happiness of achieving success. 💪🔥

Everything went smoothly, just as expected, and both athletes proudly earned their new belts.

It was a memorable milestone not only for them, but also for me and for all of us in the dojo and the entire ASD Yamash*ta Club as a family. ❤️

Moments like this remind me why Karate is much more than a martial art: it’s a journey of growth, courage, and shared passion. 🙏

🥋 An energizing and inspiring Sunday at PALAFONTE ROMA EUR!

I had the honor of taking part in a technical seminar of WADO-RYU KARATE-DO led by the incredible Sensei 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥, 7th Dan – Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Academy 🇯🇵

💥 We trained hard for three hours, diving deep into the ex*****on of fundamental techniques like Mae-geri and refining the 3rd 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐨𝐤𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐳𝐚 with fresh insights and technical precision.

🙏 Huge thanks to Master Fernando Palladino, International Delegate for Italy of the Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Academy, and Master Carlo Chionchio, National Wado-Ryu CSEN Coordinator, for organizing such a high-level technical event.

Endless gratitude to my dojo ASD Yamash*ta Club and my Sensei Alessandro Venanzoni and Francesco Stazi for their constant dedication and for giving us the opportunity to join events of international standing.

🥋 It was a real privilege to train alongside highly skilled karateka and share the tatami with my training partner Ceccarossi 💪 Arigato Gozai Mash*ta 🙇‍♂️👊🏻

Five intense days in Guildford, England, with the privilege of training under Grandmaster 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐚 𝐎𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐤𝐚 Sensei, grandson of the founder of Wado Ryu, alongside 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥, and Sensei 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧. A unique opportunity to refine technique, mindset, and spirit in an international setting, surrounded by practitioners from all over the world.

💥 I improved my kata Jitte and refined my kumite techniques, working on breathing, balance, and body control. But more than anything, I took home a boost of motivation and a deep respect for the legacy of this extraordinary martial art.

A special thank you to Sensei Fernando Palladino, the Italian representative of the Wado Ryu International Academy, for organizing this experience for the Italian group and giving me this incredible opportunity! 🙏
