My cup is full ☕️ Today's Sacred Circle theme was crystals and it felt so joyous to be there with you all. Honestly, I get as much out of these events as I hope the ladies who join me do - it's the kind of space my younger self wished for 🔮

It's a space for safety, dipping your toe in the waters, expanding your learning, community and... yoga. For now, anyway. It almost feels like the yoga comes secondary to the beautiful space we are creating. Watch this space.

The thing with this time of year is that it feels like we are the only living creature which actually gets busier!! Prioritising rest and slowing down is always on the agenda here at MMY, but definitely during these next few months!

Change is coming. It may seem impossible with today's glorious sunshine, but change is imminent. A crisp September, a kaleidoscope of colours,
that back to school feeling that never really leaves us.

Meaning "equal night", there is the same amount of darkness as there is light. Autumn Equinox is a point in the year when we pause, take stock and prepare for the coming months.

This is going to be beautiful. Aligning with nature feels so important in this crazy world.

These events usually fill up, so book quickly to avoid disappointment 🙏🏻🍂
