WEIGHTS DON’T MAKE YOU “BULKY”
Strength training is one of the MOST important things you can do for your health and wellbeing … and ladies, if you’re not already doing it, this is your sign to start.
We naturally lose muscle mass throughout different phases of life, and this accelerates during menopause. Maintaining (and building) muscle isn’t about aesthetics it’s about longevity, strength, metabolism, and staying capable as you age.
If your goal is fat loss, the formula isn’t complicated:
Lift weights consistently
Move more
Eat in a calorie deficit
Hydrate
That’s it. No magic. No extremes.
There’s so much false information out there, but you don’t need to overcomplicate it. Stick to the basics… CONSISTENTLY 🙌

10.6 MILLION steps walked 🙌🙌🙌 and our winners have been crowned 👑 🥇 🥈 🥉
I’ve loved seeing everything you’ve shared… stunning views, amazing food, recovery days, and of course plenty of dogs getting their steps in too 🤭🐶 rain or shine, you showed up and embraced the start of spring 💗
But more than the steps, it’s been about the wins physically AND mentally. Confidence up, inches down, and a whole lot of resilience built along the way 💪
So proud of this team, always. Women supporting women, lifting each other up through life’s ups and downs… and I am SO here for it 👏💗

She’s absolutely smashed it!!! Going from an active job to an office role, barely hitting 4k steps a day (plus those 1-hour commutes each way !! ), to averaging an incredible 23k steps daily!!! 🔥🔥🔥
So proud of you!!! Your results speak for themselves and show exactly what consistency and effort can do 😍

Ahhh another Team GV newbie and another successful start 😍🙌🙌
13 inches down in just 8 weeks 👏🔥
This is what happens when you trust the process. We focused on building the foundations first, starting with structured weight training, solid nutrition and keeping daily steps consistent 🙌
It hasn’t been perfect either… there were injuries and setbacks along the way, but she kept showing up, adapting, and putting in the work. That’s what happens when life throws curveballs we adjust, keep pushing and then the results appear 🩷
So proud of you Nell, this is only the beginning… and I am so excited for your journey 💪✨

This week alone I’ve watched women:

✔️ Show up through busy jobs, motherhood and life’s curveballs
✔️ Build muscle and resilience
✔️ Prove that it is NEVER too early or too late to start
Different ages. Different goals. One common ground = consistency and courage 🫶🩷
Strong looks different on everyone… and that’s the beauty of it 💪🏼💗
