Big shout out to our Tuesday ladies . Week 2 and I have pushed them so hard . It was spicy tonight but so good 💪🏻 .
Love how these ladies show up each week to do something for themselves.
Yes we know it’s hard to show up but no better feeling at the end and I always leave with the biggest smile and feeling so much better . Hopefully this lovely lot do too .

// Week one complete //
I was nervous launching this program but what a first week .
A fab group that are already so positive and supportive.
Setting new habits and routines and slowly becoming the norm .
A lot of the times we can make up so many excuses not to fit that bit of exercise in yet it’s so important we do . Especially for us females that are mid 30s and into our 40s and 50s.
It’s essential that we focus and incorporate strength sessions into our daily routines .
This program lets you do that . Whether you do it live or on catch up . The sessions are there to push and encourage you to hit that target of 3 sessions a week .
Regular checks ins for that little push definitely helps and holds you a little bit more accountable. Which let’s face it, I know sometimes I need it .

One week left till our in person classes break for a week
I have made some little goals to give me that little bit motivation and to keep my self accountable. Life is busy and i definitely don’t feel my best at the moment both physically and mentally.
So little goals are set for the next few weeks to help me get back on track .
We do love a Monday and nothing better than starting with our Guiseley class this morning.
Looking forward to seeing you gorgeous lot this week 💪🏻💪🏻🔥

This is something I have wanted to do for a while . So now it’s happening.
8 weeks to feel fitter , healthier and better in yourself while keeping the price realistic .
Trying to make it as easy as possible to fit into your daily life . To feel stronger , better In yourself, in time for summer .
All about building that strong body . To try and get a routine established or even some motivation if that is needed to fit in a number of group online strength sessions in a week .
As much check in as you want (or need) with me at no extra cost .
Looking forward to the first challenge and to hopefully watch it grow.
