How Easy Is This During Summer 😀😀

DON’T GO ON A DIET IF YOU’RE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT
Diets can be too restrictive, you need to choose a 10 inch plate combining a mixture of protein, carbs, vitamins and good fats.
A quarter of your plate will be carbs, a quarter will be protein and the other half will be veg or salad with a teaspoon of good fat. See the plate below and try and follow these guidelines for most of your meals. Let me know how you get on 💪💪
