* Keep your chest glued to the pad throughout the set.
* Brace your core and maintain a neutral spine—avoid arching or shrugging.
* Start each rep by pulling your shoulder blades back and down.
* Drive your elbows towards your hips rather than thinking about pulling with your hands.
