The girls travelled to Garforth this evening for their last game of the season and their 4th double header. A fantastic game of football saw the girls come away with all 6 points.

The first game ended with a 2-3 win and the second game ended with a 0-1 win.

We played Garforth a few weeks ago at home and it was a great game that Garforth edged, so we knew it was going to be a tough game. From the first whistle until the last the girls battled and never gave up. There was some fantastic football played tonight and the girls were all excellent. They should all be so proud of themselves.

Goal scorers were Harper x2 and Amie x2.

The girls travelled to Horsforth St. Margaret's FC on Saturday for our 3rd double header of the season. They came away with a draw and a win.

They started the first game very slowly, which allowed the opposition to score early on. They became more settled in the second half really dug deep and managed to get an equaliser.

The second game saw some great football. The girls battled well and scored some great goals and managed to get the win.

Everyone played well today and it was a well earned 4 points. Goal scorers today were Harper and Elsie x4.

Saturday saw the girls welcome Garforth Villa for our last home game of the season. The final score was a 1-3 loss. The girls played some fantastic football and it was closer than the scoreline shows. It was a game that could have gone either way, the girls battled well and never gave up. Our goal was scored by Harper.
