Little job in today So chap took it to a garage for a timing belt fitting rest speaks for itself 😂

Vw polo 1.4 tdi in today for a rattle these was on a recall as stop start caused duel mass flywheel to fail at low miles and replacement for a single mass was done under recall but this one missed the boat Vw do a single mass kit for £1200 as all our motor factors don’t list a flywheel or clutch dark side development do a kit inc a billet single mass flywheel for £450 saving the customer ££ replaced and soft wear update in and out same day

VW transporter in this week for a timing belt kit and water pump.

The customer had no proof of this being done previously so they wanted it doing to be on the safe side , so we stripped it all down and discoverd that it had the original belt on and had never been changed and having covered over 100k miles it was well overdue. So we fitted a good quality dayco timing belt kit and had the van back to the customer the same day👍

Bit of German old school today 😊

Fiat 500 in today customer reported a loss of coolant , after further investigation we found that the main issue was the core plug in the cylinder head had a hole and was leaking but not also just that the timing belt was severely deteriorated we advised the customer to fit a new timing belt and water pump whilst it was off replaced with a good quality dayco kit
And a new core plug , luckily just caught in the right time before it could snapped and have caused engine damage , done in the day and back on the road for the customer ✅

Another job in today was a Peugeot partner van for a timing belt and water pump , this van was on 122k miles and the customer was advised it was overdue for renewal so we supplied and fitted a good quality timing belt kit with water pump , we also changed the oil and oil filter and air filter whilst we were at it 💪
