Rishies training is at 1Vigor. Liam provides the girls with bespoke strength and conditioning skills which they can apply to Netball! If you fancy joining a netball team and gym then please get in touch!

Our very first league game tonight! 🙌 Thanks to the Rockets for a great game, the girls played brilliantly and we came away with a win!!🥇🎉

Massive thanks to the Reds netball team for supporting the Rishworthian girls tonight by offering to play a friendly in preparation for the start of the league. A win was just the boost they needed! Well done girls!
