Assisted pull-ups = strength builder, not a shortcut 💪
If you’re working toward your first unassisted pull-up, the assisted machine is your best friend.
👉 Select a weight (more weight = more assistance).
👉 Kneel or stand on the pad and grip the handles slightly wider than shoulder-width.
👉 Pull your elbows down toward your ribs, chest tall, until your chin clears the bar.
👉 Lower slowly and with control — that’s where the real strength builds.
Gradually decrease the assistance over time and watch your back & arms get stronger
