🏉 BREAKING NEWS !!!! : Halifax RUFC have found the leaked plan for how league structures are created.

After months of extensive research, consultation and analysis, and a private eye we’ve managed to obtain the official RFU assembly instructions for Counties 3 Yorkshire .

The process :

🎩 Put all clubs in a hat
🌍 Ignore geography
⛽ Ignore fuel costs
🗺️ Ignore common sense

To be fair, we’re just pleased nobody ended up in Cornwall although there’s time yet !

Looking forward to renewing old rivalries, making new ones, and watching Sat Nav recalculate itself into retirement.

🏉 A bit of Halifax RUFC history…

Many newer members may not know that back in 2015, Halifax RUFC featured in a national Land Rover campaign ahead of the Rugby World Cup.

The campaign was called “We Deal In Real” and celebrated everything that makes grassroots rugby special — the volunteers, muddy pitches, friendships, hard work and community spirit that keep clubs like ours going year after year.

Ten years later, those values still define Halifax RUFC.

Different players. Different teams. Same club. Same spirit. 💙🤍
