We have tried zooming this evenings class at the dojo and it seemed to be successful so now if you can't get a booking slot at the dojo you can train from home alongside us at the dojo

If you are planning on doing this can I suggest you book into the zoom session 5 mins before class is due to start as once class has started I may not see you for 10 minutes
Also please if you are doing the zoom karate sessions from home do not book a place on Reservio as this is for dojo spaces only
The fitness session at lunchtime from home please continue to book via Reservio so I know who is training thanks in advance

A reminder for those training at the dojo this evening
1.All students to arrive with there covid 19 Declaration unless already handed in
2. Wait outside the vestibule until invited in
3. All students to be in there training gear if its raining wear a coat or have an umbrella
4 all students must have a pair of indoor footwear or clean socks to change into at the dojo.
5 All students to bring with them a drink and a towel
6. All students to place there personal items into a box provided
7. All student to use the infrared hand sanitizer before going into the dojo
8. All students to have there temperature checked by Sensei, parents must stay while this is done and cleared
9. Parents not training must remain outside at all times on dropping and collecting there children.
Please adhere to these rules they are set out on the covid 19 Declaration form which you have signed, do not put me in a position where I have to send a student home because of failure to follow the rules.
Remember if we are checked the first thing they will ask for is our risk assessments
Then the declarations and if these rules are found not to been followed they could shut me down, which as a student that would be bad but you can always move on to another club I as the owner, chief instructor I would lose everything and would struggle to ever be trusted to teach again

Don't forget those who are training at the dojo today
All students must attend all ready in there gi for training, changing rooms not in use
All students must have indoor footwear to change into or clean socks to change into.
All students must bring a drink and a clean towel.
On arrival if I have not received a COVID-19 declaration sheet I must have one filled in and signed before you or your child trains.
All parents must stay in the vestibule area until the student have had there temperature checked if above 37.6 unfortunately they will not be able to train and must be taken home.
If anyone booked on and don't feel well please cancel your session ASAP to enable another student to be able to take that place.
Under no circumstances can you turn up and expect to train without Pryor booking in using Reservio
Reception is closed to everyone unless you are training parents must return to pick there children at the end of class and wait either in the vestibule or outside remembering at all times social distancing

The word on grapevine is we may be able to re open around the 4th July if this is the case I would like to remind everyone that classes will be limited and pre booking will be mandatory with no exceptions this is for everyones health and safety, a risk assessment has been carried out and new practices put in place these will be available next week, copies of these will be available via email if you would like a copy you should forward your email address to me, in the meantime please get used to our new booking system now so your used to how it works when we re open, all classes are Ltd to 12 but while we are still on zoom if the class says full you can still train by logging on to our zoom platform
