Low energy? Try these quick boosts

Start getting stronger... without leaving your living room πŸ‘€

If you’ve ever talked yourself out of getting fitter (sounds a bit like this πŸ‘‡)...
β€œI don’t have time”
β€œI don’t have equipment”
β€œI wouldn’t even know where to start”

Then start with this simple strengthening practice in the comfort of your living room πŸ‘‡

Sit-to-stands (yes, really)
πŸ‘‰ Sit on a chair
πŸ‘‰ Stand up without using your hands
πŸ‘‰ Slowly sit back down
πŸ‘‰ Repeat 10 times

That’s the beginning of your strength training, right there.

You’re working your legs, your core, your balance... all in one simple move.

Do 2-3 rounds of that and tell me you don’t feel it πŸ˜…

This is what I mean when I say it doesn’t need to be complicated.
It just needs to be consistent.
