Buggy 4 Fitness is a great postnatal workout which allows you to enjoy the great outdoors and meet new friends whilst getting back into shape.
π Sessions focus on a wide variety of postnatal specific exercises.

Low energy? Try these quick boosts
π Drink a large glass of water (hydration = instant lift),
π Step outside for 5β10 minutes of fresh air and daylight,
π Have a small protein-based snack (like yoghurt, nuts, a boiled egg, a protein bar)
π Put on an upbeat song and move for just 1 song.

Start getting stronger... without leaving your living room π
If youβve ever talked yourself out of getting fitter (sounds a bit like this π)...
βI donβt have timeβ
βI donβt have equipmentβ
βI wouldnβt even know where to startβ
Then start with this simple strengthening practice in the comfort of your living room π
Sit-to-stands (yes, really)
π Sit on a chair
π Stand up without using your hands
π Slowly sit back down
π Repeat 10 times
Thatβs the beginning of your strength training, right there.
Youβre working your legs, your core, your balance... all in one simple move.
Do 2-3 rounds of that and tell me you donβt feel it π
This is what I mean when I say it doesnβt need to be complicated.
It just needs to be consistent.
