From a conversation we had a few weeks ago, probably the most important thing about this transformation 🙌

Staring with the weight loss of 35lb 🔥

A massive transformation of lifestyle, removing bad habits and replacing them with ones that create an overall healthier more balanced life ⚖️

Learning about nutrition to be able to manage his own physique and performance by controlling what he eats, knowing what foods do what and how to still enjoy them 🍎

Increasing training from zero to four times per week, steps everyday and has consistently managed this now for over year 🏋️‍♂️
