After years of working with people with all kinds of emotional distress I find counselling a most effective way of supporting positive change in peoples lives. I have been honoured to accompany people on their journeys through distress to well being. After an initial meeting to determine weather we want to work with each other I would contract with you for an initial period and then review over time. I work with a clear intention to meet your needs and aim to allow you to explore fully issues which come to light. I'm particularly interested in work with young people, those with a mental health diagnosis or receiving G.P support for Mental Health, spiritual development, psychic development, abuse, past life trauma, childhood abuse, women's issues. Its a courageous thing to ask for healing. If you dont have a formal spiritual belief you risk opening yourself up to a journey of questioning and understanding. What happens, how does it feel, how does it change you. My own experience of giving and receiving healing are profound. Yours are your journey. I have had some wonderful experiences of receiving what I would describe as divine grace, a profound peace and centredness. Some clients have experienced tears,some laughter, most a feeling of deep relaxation. I trust that what is received is what is needed. Bach Flower remedies are a special kind of medicine which encourage positive emotions and this allows the body to maintain its natural state of health. Dr Bach was a.Bacteriologist, pathologist and homeopath. He started researching the healing properties of plants on emotions in 1928 and eventually came up with the 38 remedies which are a complete healing modality. There are three groups who can be helped with the remedies, those with medical and emotional problems can discuss their emotional well-being and take remedies to support themselves through either recovery or maintenance through cronic long lasting ill health.
