New Training Block Started. Different Sessions Added But We Always Have The Same Mentality & Drive. Increased The Amount We Are Lifting And Just Working To Before Failure. Diet Is Still On Track, Cardio Is Back Now I Have Recovered From A Football Injury. Building Up Towards The Winter Period.

End of another top week of training. This week has been tough motivation wise. We have managed 6 weight sessions and 5 cardio sessions. Feeling amazing, with that comes confidence and belief. Don’t be scared to show your progress, keep track of all the progress you make whether it’s visual, increased reps, increased weight you lift. Be proud of where you are right now and how hard you have worked. Making changes isn’t easy, you have to work at it. Don’t take notice of what people think, you do you. Changes come once you have nailed your diet & training. Rest day for me tomorrow which is very much needed, then Monday we look to smash our sessions again.
