The ball at his feet. The world in front of him.

He does not know where football will take him yet.
He does not need to.

For now, there is a ball to chase, a player to become and a game to fall in love with.

Every football journey starts somewhere. 🧡

Football is the vehicle. ⚽🧡

Of course we want our superstars to learn to dribble, pass, shoot and fall in love with the game.

But some of the most important things they learn at Kixx have very little to do with what happens to the ball.

Having the confidence to try.

Learning to listen.

Making their own decisions.

Being part of a group.

Getting something wrong, then having another go.

Those little moments happen every single week.

We just happen to use a football to help create them. 🧡

More than football.

Sketches – “The Friendship”

They don’t know it yet.

But one day, the person sitting beside them might be the one standing beside them in the rain. 1–0 down. Miles from home. One look at each other and you know you’re in it together.

Football gives us teammates.
Sometimes, if we’re lucky, it gives us brothers and sisters for life.

Bringing back “Sketches of Play” … painted by our superstars with every smile, touch and tackle.

Sketches – “The Control”

A foot on the ball. A moment to think.

Sometimes progress starts by slowing everything down.

What a day for Kixx Halifax! 🧡

Today Coach Miles attended the National Kixx event and it’s always great getting together with so many like minded people from across the country.

Sharing ideas, learning from each other and finding new ways to make the experience we give our superstars even better.

Of course, it’s even better when the boss comes home with an award! 🏆😂

As nice as it is to receive recognition, none of it happens without the amazing children who turn up every week ready to learn, laugh and play football.

Nor does it happen without the grown ups who trust us with them.

So genuinely, from the bottom of our hearts…

Thank you. 🧡🫶🧡

This one belongs to all of Team Orange.

P.S. Did someone say FREE Discovery Day to celebrate? 👀⚽

27/08/2026
