🏉 RUCKING MASTERCLASS FOR OUR GIRLS! 🔥

Tonight’s session was all about getting stuck into the detail of the ruck and understanding that every player has a job to do!

The girls worked on:
💥 Understanding what a ruck is and why it matters
💪 Body position, leg drive & getting through the gate
🏉 Ball presentation and protecting possession
🗣️ Communication and knowing who’s taking the next job
⚡ Speed of support and getting the ball played quickly
🧠 Most importantly — understanding WHY we do it, not just HOW!

Then we put it into game play 👊

It was brilliant to see the girls take what they had learned and apply it under pressure, making decisions, supporting each other and working as a team.

We’re not just teaching them to play rugby — we’re building smart, confident players who understand the game. 💙🏉
