Did you know that we structure our classes by age and stage of development?
A 4-year-old doesn’t learn the same way as a 14-year-old.
Their confidence challenges are different.
Their physical abilities are different.
Their social development is different.
That’s why we’ve developed age-specific programmes that allow us to tailor every class to what our students need most at that stage of life.
From helping little ones build school-ready confidence through to supporting teenagers as they navigate the challenges of high school, our goal has always been the same:
To build confidence, develop character and help our students become the very best version of themselves.

Building confidence through action.
As children settle into school, we place greater emphasis on physical skills, teamwork, resilience and respect.
They develop athleticism, confidence and life skills that benefit them both in martial arts and beyond.
Juniors (Primary 4-7)
Preparing for the next stage.
As students approach high school, we focus on confidence, self-defence, responsibility and independence.
The friendships they build in martial arts often become one of the most valuable parts of their journey.
Cadets (12-15 Years)
A place to switch off and belong.
Teenage years bring exams, social pressures, online influences and increasing responsibilities.
Martial arts provides a positive environment where students can build confidence, learn practical self-defence and connect with great people away from the pressures of school and social media.
Seniors (16+)
Training with purpose.
Some members train for fitness.
Some for self-defence.
Some for personal development.
What they all share is a supportive community, a chance to sw
