Our All you need is love wellness sanctuary is open and thriving, We are so grateful to each and every one of you for all the love and support we have received. We thank you with all our heart and soul 😁💚

Our plan for the future is to have a daily time table with monthly membership as I know from experience attending a class isn't enough, it's a life style.. 🧘‍♀️

We are going away on holiday the 19th of June so untill then we have decided to do a wee trial time table with introductory prices

Brotherhood Reset starts this Thursday, 4th June at 12pm.

The amount of interest we've had already tells us there's a lot of men looking for a space to slow down, switch off and just talk.

Life can get heavy sometimes. Whether you're dealing with stress, relationships, family pressures, feeling isolated, lacking direction, or simply carrying things yourself, it can help to have a place where you can speak openly.

Brotherhood Reset is a chance to take an hour for yourself, clear the head and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.

No judgement. No pressure. No expectations.

Just honest conversation, connection and a chance to get things off your chest.

We've chosen 12pm as it's a great time to pause in the middle of the day, reset and head back into the rest of your day feeling lighter.

After the success of our Opening Celebration, Alanah and I have decided to make our Open Mic Night a regular thing...

No-brainer man!

What a beautiful way to spend a Friday night, live music, singing, dancing, good company and hunners of laughs.

It's perfect for anyone who wants a night out but doesn't want to have a bevvy or leave the weans with a babysitter. Bring the family along and make a night of it.

We'll have live performances, an open mic, music quiz, raffle, mocktails and snacks available to buy, plus a magical Wellness Stall with beautiful dreamcatchers, jewellery, stones and other wee delights.

There's even an arts and crafts area for the weans to keep them entertained while "the grown-ups" enjoy themselves. And let's be honest, the big weans will probably want to get involved too!
