Creative Gathering with Chris & Alanah has been that good we're making it a once a week event every Friday.

Next one is this Friday 6.30pm-9pm

The joy and transformations it's been bringing has been absolutely amazing...
People overcoming fears, singing songs, and reading out poems for the first time in front of anyone.
People processing grief.
People drawing and painting for the first time since they were 7 years old.

We're giving people a platform to express themselves and their souls. And we're doing it sober... singing and dancing as we go!!!

a space to be yourself and share what ever u please dreams, pain heartache, goals, troubles wins what ever is on your mind come and share in a safe non judgemental space !! We are not heer to give advice we are heer to listen and hold space for you to find your own answers ❤️

I will guide you through some of the tools I have used in my own healing and self discovery journey which include meditation, movement, journaling, breathing & sharing
u don’t have to be good at anything
u dont have to talk if u don’t want to
just show up and be yourself You will be welcomed with open arms

Ever single woman welcome nothing is to much you are perfect as you are ❤️

I don’t want any woman not coming because of finances so my group will be sliding scale £10-£20

This work is priceless, it has completely transformed my whole life and my kids and my love life 😁❤️❤️
