I did lose weight after having my first baby, and people often assume that's the transformation I'm most proud of.

It's not.

The biggest change was learning that movement didn't need to be something I did to punish my body.

For years, I thought being healthy meant being more disciplined, more controlled and constantly trying to improve or change my body.

But that wasn't what led me to my happiest, most confident and healthiest self.

It was:
- choosing movement that I actually enjoyed.
- stopping trying to force routines that didn't fit my life.
- becoming much kinder to myself when things didn't go to plan.
- improving my relationship with food, exercise and my body.

My body did change along the way, but that wasn't the thing that made the biggest difference.

The biggest difference was feeling calmer, more in tune with my body and more like myself again.

I think so many mums are putting pressure on themselves to "get back" to where they were before kids, when what they're really craving is to feel good in themselves again.

That's why I teach movement the way I do.

Not as something to fix you, but as something that supports you.

This client came to me feeling lost and disconnected with her body, but unsure what to do next.

Through our time working together, we got to know her body, her energy, her lifestyle, her relationship with movement and what actually felt realistic for her.

And yes, she got stronger but the biggest transformation wasn’t just physica, it was the shift in how she approached movement.

She went from feeling like an off day or week meant she had to reset, punish herself or start again…to understanding that consistency doesn’t have to mean perfection.

I truly believe in not just giving mums exercises to follow, but helping them understand their body, feel more confident, and build a relationship with movement that actually supports them.

This is also why my work is evolving into The RESTORE Method:

Reconnect.
Regulate.
Rebuild.
Routine.
Rise.

Because feeling stronger matters, but feeling calmer, kinder to yourself, more confident, and less like you’re constantly starting over matters too.

That’s the kind of transformation I want more mums to experience 🤍

I know this probably sounds strange coming from someone who teaches fitness, but I don’t think most mums need a strict workout plan straight away.

Because sometimes a plan just becomes another thing to fall behind on.

Before we worry about the perfect routine, we need to look at what your body and life actually need right now.

That’s why, with my clients, we work through The RESTORE Method.

Routine.
Rise.

Hey, I’m Tracey! 👋

Wife to Craig and mum to one (soon to be two) little ones - so I completely understand how different your body, energy and routine can feel after having kids.

I’ve spent the last 10 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, and over time I’ve specialised in working with pre and postnatal mums.

A lot of the women I work with are trying to get back into exercise, going back to what they used to do, and finding that it just doesn’t feel right anymore. Not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because their body (and life) has changed.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping mums rebuild strength properly after having children, reconnect with their body, and find an approach to movement that actually fits real life.

I came from a much more “push harder” fitness background myself, and it’s exactly why I now take a very different approach.

Now, everything I do is focused on helping mums reconnect with their body first by understanding how it feels, how it moves, and what it actually needs.

From there, we build strength in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
