We are looking for 10 local adults who are tired of the boring gym routine and want to get into the best shape of their lives while learning how to actually defend themselves.

The Mission:
Take 10 complete beginners and coach them through the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). No ego, no experience needed—just a willingness to sweat and learn.
