👊 £100k CHANGING ROOM REFURBISHMENT COMPLETED AT MARK HALL SPORTS CENTRE

🏋️‍♀️ Mark Hall Sports Centre has undergone extensive refurbishments and upgrades since BMAT was awarded management and operation of the facility in January 2021. The trading arm 'Your Community Sports & Leisure' launched in August 2021, has allowed for significant improvements to be made to the facilities, which are regularly used by the community.

🤸‍♂️ The public changing rooms have been completely overhauled, with a new strategic design/layout, new digital lockers, LED lighting, decorative works, shower cladding, IPS panelling, mirrors, benches, and a new vanity unit with hairdryers. Changing cubicles, including a fully compliant DDA cubicle, have also been introduced, along with other new features. The floor has undergone a professional clean, leaving the facilities looking bright and refreshed.

✅ Since the refurbishment was carried out, members have provided great feedback on the dramatic improvements made to the changing and shower facilities.

David Hull, the Operations Manager, said: "I am delighted to have had the opportunity to redesign and develop the much-needed refurbishment required for our public changing rooms. Our members can now use the lockers, have a comfortable shower in a private cubicle and change in privacy using our spacious changing cubicles.
The strategic design provides considerably more space, with a brighter and cleaner environment. This refurbishment felt like our final piece to the puzzle, broadly complimenting the gym refurbishment completed in September 2022, conclusively offering these amazing state-of-the-art facilities to our members, current and new."
