First sessions is free, then £5 a week payable in monthly blocks
Adults -
Tuesdays at Saint Nicholas School - 8-10 pm
Fridays at Passmores Academy 7.45-9.45 pm
Pay as you go....£7 for 2 hours play 🏸

Join us for Stow Community Day on Tuesday 4 August!
Celebrate the unveiling of a brand new community mosaic, created by a local artist in collaboration with pupils from Harlow schools.
There'll also be a range of free activities for children and families to enjoy at The Stow Community Hub from 11am–1.30pm, including creative crafts and fun physical activities.

Explained | Our sport’s new scoring system and its application in England
At Badminton England, we have taken time to discuss, consult and collaborate with our badminton community to consider why, where, when and how we should apply the 3x15 scoring format across the gamut of badminton competition in this country.
The new scoring system will officially come into effect on Monday 4th January 2027.
